Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) is exploring opportunities in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). PSD Inc. has completed the contract with BMGF to facilitate the collaboration. Over the next year, we will be engaged in identifying and forming collaborative programs/projects in the health, digital public infrastructure, agriculture, and other fields in Southeast and South Asia.（November 1st, 2024）
We have contracted with the Japan International Cooperation Agency on the Project for "Information gathering and verification survey for the introduction of digital health technology for the promotion of global cluster strategy(2024-2026) (QCBS-Lump Sum Type) " as a consortium.
Continuing from last year, CEO, Mr. Watanabe gave lectures (8 classes) at the Summer Intensive Course for a Special Lecture on International Public Health at the Ritsumeikan University Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.(August 26 -August 28) 

We assigned our consultant to Fujita Planning Co., Ltd. for the contract with the Japan International Cooperation Agency’s technical cooperation project "Project for improving the quality of maternal and child health care services focusing on 5S-KAIZEN-TQM in Ghana (Phase 2)" I received an order.

《On the Occasion of the termination of Declaration of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern 　(PHEIC) for COVID-19 》
In May 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the termination of the PHEIC for novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and the Government of Japan changed the disease from a Category 2 equivalent to a Category 5 infectious disease. Over the past three and a half years, COVID-19 has not only affected people's health and medical services, but also has had a profound impact on the daily lives of individual citizens, forcing all of us to change our livelihoods and lifestyles. As a result, it has made visible that anyone, regardless of social or economic status, can be affected by the crisis. The international community has joined forces to confront this crisis. However, the crisis of infectious diseases, including COVID-19, will not disappear in the future. PSD Inc. believes that in order to achieve the SDG philosophy of "Leave No One Behind," the lessons of the past three and a half years must be shared on a global scale and international solidarity must continue to be promoted.
