We regret to inform you that our director, Takeo Matsuzawa, unfortunately fell ill and passed away suddenly on August 18, 2019, as he appeared to be in good health when we held our general meeting of shareholders in June. First of all, we would like to apologize for not informing you of his passing. Mr. Matsuzawa was the backbone of our company's foundation and development, and at the same time, he was a great mentor to me from the time when he worked for the Japan Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. I would like to express my gratitude for the many kindnesses that he extended to me during his lifetime. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your kindness and support.
